Returns
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The item is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was received
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness and personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
